No Komedy for the next 3 minutes because today we are going to talk about Barriers to easy adoption of web3 :)

The Biggest is like the FTX Crash **COMPLEXITY** 😭

The complexity of web3 concepts such as Blockchain and peer-to-peer networks are not easy to understand, even for tech-savvy individuals, and this can be a barrier to adoption for the general public.

Just imagine your dad joining DAO and completing tasks, is next to impossible.

The second one is like Luna Crash **USER FRIENDLY** 🥴

Imagine paying through a metamask to your doodhwala, waiting to verify transactions.

It can be reduced over time just like the internet did, still, it is one of the reasons which restrict the adoption. Some buidlers are working towards this. Kudos to those buidlers such as _______________!!

The third one is like Meme Coins **REGULATION** 🥺

Discussing crypto in parliament is good but without knowing them is bad. Adding a 30% tax on crypto income is anyway bad idea, to pay the tax they have to earn.

Randomly banning crypto **cough**RBI**cough** and making WazirX shut down :(

This can make it difficult for businesses and individuals to confidently adopt and use web3 technologies, as they may be uncertain about the legal implications of doing so.

The fourth one is like Your Friend **NEED MONEY**

Buying >30,000 Rupee for an eyeglass through which you can see the virtual world. Paying >100 USD as Gas Fees.

To normalise web3 this huge money problem should be solved very fast :D

Last but not least is like Elon's Tweet **NETWORK EFFECT** 🤨

Having the next Instagram (because Facebook sucks just like Zuck) on web3 is only possible when your friend comes there and starts posting cringy reels and unfunny memes.

Or to make the next Youtube and Twitter we need existing stars to come to that platforms and use them.

Despite these challenges, there is still great potential for web3 technologies to disrupt and revolutionize the internet. As these technologies continue to mature and user-friendly interfaces and legal frameworks are developed, we will likely see more widespread adoption of web3 technologies in the future.

As we say we are in the web2.5 phase there is a big journey to achieve a true web3 world
