In case you missed it, Tate was arrested on human trafficking and rape charges in December in Romania, where he was living with his brother Tristan. Authorities have since seized millions of dollars worth of luxury cars, homes, and watches from the brothers, but what about their beloved Bitcoin?

Well, according to a spokesperson for the Tate brothers, Romanian police also confiscated hardware wallets containing digital assets. Andrew Tate's wallet had five Bitcoin in it, worth around $111,339 today. And Tristan's wallet held around 16 Bitcoin. That's a total of $467,625 worth of the asset.

Now, we're not saying that the seizure of Tate's Bitcoin was karma for his alleged crimes, but it's interesting to note that he frequently talked about the size of his crypto stash. On a popular Bitcoin podcast last year, he boasted about turning $600,000 into $12 million with his crypto investments.

But it seems that Tate's obsession with crypto and its benefits wasn't enough to keep him out of trouble.

The former Big Brother contestant and social media star were banned from platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube last year for violating their policies.

He made misogynistic comments but still managed to gain a huge following in a short space of time, largely thanks to others resharing his content on platforms like TikTok.
